MISH Wellness is a nurse owned company in the Phoenix valley that provides an array of services to support your health needs and goals. Whether you are looking for preventative care, or need help recovering at home, we are here to support you!
Our nurses and nurse practitioners are experts in everything we do. We currently provide service throughout the Phoenix valley including Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Arcadia, Biltmore, Glendale, Cave Creek, and more. We provide telehealth appointments to anyone located within the state of Arizona.

Thinking of using a GLP1 medication or already on one? We offer telehealth visits with our weight loss nurse practitioner and can even provide an in person registered nurse to help administer your injection if needles make you nervous! We currently are only able to see patients within the state of Arizona. If you are a new patient to us, please use the new patient weight loss link to book an initial free consult. We offer neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments at our Mesa location, as well as mobile concierge services upon request.

Our nurse practitioner will evaluate you through a telehealth visit to determine if you are good candidate for hormone replacement. We do require labs, an initial telehealth visit, and can only treat patients within the state of Arizona at this time.
